The LevelUp Adamawa Digital Skills Training Program was a transformative and results-driven initiative developed by the Government of Adamawa State and implemented by Wootlab Foundation. The program was designed to close digital access gaps and equip youths and civil servants with in-demand digital skills to enhance employability, improve public service delivery, and drive inclusive economic growth across the state.
